Returns & Exchanges

At Chittar, we want you to love every pair you receive. Since traditional footwear sizing and fit can sometimes vary, we offer a customer-friendly exchange and return policy to make your shopping experience smooth and worry-free.

Exchanges

We proudly offer a 30-day exchange policy from the date your order is delivered.

If your pair does not fit perfectly or you would prefer a different style or size, you may request an exchange within 30 days, provided the item remains:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In its original packaging

  • In resellable condition

Exchanges are completely free of charge — customers are only required to cover courier/shipping costs.

Returns

Customer trust means everything to us. We therefore offer a 30-day return policy on eligible orders.

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

To initiate a return, please email us at chittarpk@gmail.com.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at chittarpk@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Customized or personalized orders

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, feel free to contact us before placing your order.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
